Born on 27 June 2000, Gulsan completed his B.Tech in Computer Science Engineering from Biju Patnaik university of technology(BPUT), Rourkela before founding Sai Digital Seva (www.saidigitalseva.in), a digital service center that provides Aadhaar, PAN, passport, and various government scheme support to rural communities.

Beyond entrepreneurship, Gulsan is recognized for his helping nature and social work. He has assisted numerous elderly and poor citizens in accessing welfare benefits and has taken a bold stand against corruption. By filing RTI applications, he has worked to expose irregularities and improve accountability in local governance.

His inspiration is rooted in his faith in Lord Jagannath, from whom he draws strength and guidance. Alongside his professional and social commitments, he also has a passion for traveling and exploring new places, which helps him connect with diverse cultures.
